There will be NO transferable registration to another conference attendee. No-shows or cancellations are not eligible for a credit or refund unless it falls under COVID-19 protocols. If the conference may be cancelled or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances or natural disaster, registration fees will be refunded at 50 percent of the registration amount; however, the International Congress will not be responsible for additional costs, charges, or expenses.
